Thanks for your advices. For now, I guess I have tried anything I can do to revive the phone without opening it. i'll try to repair it via the merchant i bought it from. HTC's warranty might be over because i flashed it, but in germany we have a min 2 year statuory warranty which says in the first six months that the seller/manufacturer has to prove that you destroyed it by yourself.
However, maybe i'm lucky. I had multiple reboots before i did anything, including the Desire turning off completely with ~60% battey. So it might be possible to argue that the device had some errors even before I messed it up completely
