Tablet Mediatek resta fermo su schermata di caricamento

Buonasera,
provando a riaccendere il tablet ho notato che resta fermo sulla scritta android e non va avanti...non si schioda
Ho provato a fare una factory reset con i tasti power e freccia + ma mi dice che non trova i dati
Ho provato a collegarlo al PC con windows7 ma non viene visto (crudo solo con cavo USB)
Ho provato ad accenderlo con tasto power e freccia - e mi escono scritte in cinese (che non conosco), a questo punto armeggiando in mezzo ai comandi, dopo aver provato varie combinazioni, ha fatto un test della memoria e mi dice che non trova alcuni file allocati (in inglese). Inoltre ho trovato la schermata delle info del tablet che vado ad elencare:

A questo punto chiedo: c'è un sistema per ripristinarlo e renderlo di nuovo funzionante oppure lo devo buttare?
