Hi guys, I can't get the DROID tools to work in win10, get a system error. Can't on next the phone either, it's a Mlais m7. Switched off driver signature validation still won't connect!

Hello I have prestigio multipad color 8 ( pmt5887_3g ) , the not boot to system even not boot to recovery . the problem is I used my mtkdroid tool to have custom recovery but i have a mistake i let the tool right the boot and i dont know what he is patch . I used sp flash tool v3 and v5 to flash the rom but he give me error 2004 , and the red line show up and still after 10 second then the tablet are power on and the sp tool give this error . the scatter file was created by mtkdroid tools and the chipset of the tablet is mt6382V on mtkdroid tool is mt6582 . please help .
