I was having this issue with an mtk Chinese phone 4 years ago, and it's laughable that it's still happening now. This can be fixed by flashing the correct rom for your phone. The problem is, how do you know which is the correct rom? At the time I was having the problem it was with a no-name galaxy S5 clone. I literally had to go through all the available s5 clone rooms available, flashing them until I found the correct one. Then I deleted all but the working rom so I would have a backup of it for future reference. Sorry I can't give you any more help than this.

It says directly in the ROM info that it's not the correct ROM for newer K4000 and will cause touchscreen problems.
