I'm from Argentina Buenos Aires, take the opportunity to introduce myself. Buy this phone, but the 3G frequency is not running here. I ask: can flash the modem.img to change your baseband? Here is 850/1900 Mhz and the phone has 900/2100 MHz.

Unfortunately you're stuck with 900/2100. There's no way to change it.
