HDC Galaxy Note 2 B6000 MTK6589T - bigdaddyclint - 2013-06-29
New to the forum here, not sure if this is the right place to post this so mods if its wrong im sorry. I just purchased the phone from fast card tech address to the phone is Anyways this phone is nice, very fast, and overall a good one but i am having issues with it being VERY unstable and always locking up and restarting the phone. I have rooted the phone and have verified root. I am looking to get a more stable ROM for it, or if anyone can give me some information on if cwm can be put on this phone and some info on flashing a custom ROM for it. If there is even a custom ROM available... I am even willing to go as far as seeing if there is a way i can dump the whole ROM on the phone and trying to rebuild a more stable ROM, some information on that would be great. I am not sure if its the kernel that's giving the issues or just a very pore ROM build. Does anyone else have this phone and have any success with custom ROM on it. thanks for all the help guys. hope i can become an asset to this forum

I also had the same problem and I flashed it with Bluebo rom at . the problem now is that previously, it used to crash all the time, but the GPS works great. Now the GPS is unable to lock on.

hmm apparently after I tighten the screws on the backplate, the GPS works great now. so I guess the bluebo rom is ok. hope this is of help

how did you go about doing it lol im using google translator to kinda read what the posts are saying but no clue on where to start or download the new rom. thanks

well have bad news i think i have bricked the phone, i was able to flash the 340 somthing mb flash file with flash tools but as soon as its done i have nothing from the phone cant connect cant do anything i think the preloader is messed up any one have any ideas or things i can try

can anyone help me i have tried every damn rom around on needroms.com i cant seem to get past the 4032 error in sp flash tools the bar goes to 100% red then about 40 sec later it gives me the error in my hardware the phone is showing up as mediatek da usb vcom port com 9
