I was doing these steps: : 1- Disconnet the battery and wait 10 seconds 2- Open flash tools with the scatter file 3- Connect the phone usb cable to pc 4- Plug in the battery on the phone ==> MTK USB PORT (COM XX) ok : drivers on the pc seems to be ok 5- On flash tools press download every time I get BROM ERROR : S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (5054) [EMI] Enable DRAM fail I have yet tried over than 20 ROMs and error persists. Click on Download. But I think for your situation should be firmware upgrade (everything ticked!) 4. Plug in phone to PC. Sometimes it works with battery sometimes without. And do firmware upgrade. Also don't put many drivers, you'll confuse the PC. If you put in wrong drivers you have to uninstall.
