USB Debuging/Developer mode - DongerKun - 2014-11-24

Hi, having a huge issue with rooting my phone.I have usb debugging enabled but when i connect my usb, it only charges, if i toggle usb debugging off and on then devices is recognised on my pc and turns on usb storage etc. I bought the add adbd insecure and on the app it says usb debugging is disabled even though it is ? please help. Sad
