Help Needed to properly flash HDC One (Fake HTC One) - shinacalypse - 2014-10-20

Hi

I tried to root my HDC one (successful) and flash it with the stock HDC ROM I got for it.

Right now the phone boots but nothing shows up on the screen, the only way I can tell its on is that it vibrates and the screen lights up dully.
Its not responding to any input and I cant seem to get it to work on any MTK6589 rooting and flashing tools.
It also just keeps rebooting (screen dull flashes and stops, flashes and stops).

Please any help on what I can do to fix it properly? I'd really like to use it.

Thanks! But please what would be the right drivers for a Lenovo Ideapad with Windows 8? I thought I had correct drivers but when I try to format nothing happens, the phone comes back in the same state.
I'm grateful for any assistance.

The problem is after the botched flash, the phone wont stay on.
I plug it to the computer and it repeatedly goes on and off. It doesnt stay on for more than 3 seconds, and the screen is blank.
Is there anything I can do to rescue this situation? I really like the phone and I'd welcome any help.

If you will flash using SP Flash Tool, your phone doesn't need to be turned on. There is an option to flash without the battery, too. You can try reinstalling drivers. If you have problems getting your phone recognized, see this thread [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
If your PC recognizes the phone then drops the connection perpetually, try uninstalling your phone's device ids in the list in USBdeview.

Thanks a lot guys. Going to try this again, but I just wonder why the phone would be switching itself on and off without showing anything onscreen every 3 seconds or so.
