HELLO I HAVE MY INEW V3 VERSION 1.1.2 ANDROID 4.2 BASEBAND 850/2100
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE BASEBAND TO 900 WITH ANY ROOM??

Please type normally. NOT WITH ALL CAPS.
In the past, people have claimed they've changed their baseband, but were never actually able to show it. Search through the iNew V3 forum, you should find the thread there somewhere.
