1- turned on rear touch pad

Also make sure back panel is making contact.

Did you try the first option? turn on touch panel, disable quick boot, then reboot?
If you tried that already and it didn't work, just look at the pins in the phone and the contact area of NFC pad. Make sure they are pressing against each other when you put back piece on.
