can someone tell me if they know anything about this phone?
is it a real lenovo phone?
also is it a real or fake MTK 6592 octa core?
Is there any updated firmware for this phone?

At first glance.... Fake. I've never heard of 12gb and 20gb... Not to say they don't exist. Just never seen it.

Also they don't list any model #.

mt6592 generally start at $150 for anything decent. Lenovo is normally pricier.

Lenovo rarely, if ever has 850/2100. They are normally frequency for the market they sell in. 900/2100 in Europe.. Most China sold Lenovo is 2100 only until stepping into Much higher models.

Also, 1080p. No way for this price.

All of it screams scam. Cancel the sale now if you still can.
