rooted phone..but on restart changes gone away - resunoiz - 2014-09-15

I rooted my phone thanks to an user on this forum....process was perfect!!! All works Like a charm, i now can access and operate in root directory, install superuser, use link2sd...perfect.

And now the problem: I changed the logo.bin with a custom one compiled by me with logobuilder. Put it in system->dev with es file explorer, overwrited original one and all went OK.
Shut down the phone (not restarted!), started it again, all OK.

But if i choose to RESTART and not to shut off the phone by the button,i have a message that says that all temporary changes will be lost (see attached screenshot).

After restarting tapping OK, logo.bin returns the factory one. Why? Once pasted and overwrited the original one,how can this one return on restart deleting the modified one?
