Flash an appropiate CWM/TWRP using flashtool. That's the safest & best solution.
But remember to make a backup of the original recovery first.
And flash only the recovery partition!

I have tried with MTKdroidtools an when i boot my phone to a menu where i choose "Recovery, Fastboot and normal boot" i choose recovery and the phone freezes for 10 seconds and does a normal boot... any thoughts on that? And can you tell me what are the appropriate CWM/TWRP ?

A recovery partition is a specific area of your phone ("recovery" partition) that contains a small, stripped-down OS that is used to upgrade/reset/backup/partition your phone.
I know 3 kinds of recoverys:
3e recovery is usually the stock one (with the broken android logo)
CWM is ClockWorkmod - very good, scriptable recovery
TWRP is TeamWin Recovery Project - even with touchscreen support, another excellent choice
You can get into recovery by some specific key combination (vol + / vol - and power on for example.) and switching on the phone.
You can try every combination of your real hardware keys, maybe there are some other hidden functions (hardware testing etc).
As you can see, a recovery has to be custom-tailored to your phone. Either you can get one from the internet or you can feed a backed-up factory recovery image to a CWM/TWRP builder and create one yourself. This backup can be also created by the flashtool.

MTKDroidtools tries to initiate a CWM recovery bootup, but probably you still have the stock recovery.

Just to add to doggyfreestart's info, there are guides to create your own cwm.

Try building your own cwm and install it.

Good luck!

Don't worry I have seen this before when I was playing with custom recoveries.

What it means is.....there is now no longer a working recovery in this device.

install mobileuncle and try to reboot into recovery.....should show the same kind of issue.....but you will stay in normal boot.

##############

All you now need to do is make a proper recovery.

Thoughts that cross my mind are.....if this a fake....its not mediatek so recovery building fails......and another poster may have similar issue as they look like they have a spreadtrum CPU

can you confirm your specs by installing playstore app = spec device
run it

look for >
touch it for the processor info and report what hardware it detects pls

We are hoping you do not have a fake.

PS....you won't be able to install mobileuncle for the same reason

good luck

answer=MT6589

In post one you thought you had a MTK 6572

It seems to me, go with Sniper47's tutorial first then try the others if it does not work

drat I can't recommend spec device anymore then!

well discovered tho.

2) why not ask for a refund as your specs are poor.

edit
3) looks like I will now recommend apk from playstore called cpu-z
