It's really nice of iNew to continue releasing updated ROMs (maybe they read this forum...) but with absolutely no changelog, and worse - no version compatibility.
I think most of us at the forum now have come to the conclusion that the 850/2100 and 900/2100 phones are different machines. The fact that they "reset the counter" to 1.0.1 points in that direction.
It's too bad that the only way to check is flash and then pray it boots...

Pretty sure not a V3 ROM....
It loks like a windows software to build some patch ,to aply to any of the three (3 files with .ini) models of v3.....
The 800mb is the windows software....
I almost forgot..... all the doc is in Chinesse....
Hope somebody find out ......

The app itself is also in chinese? I am not sure i will risk it
