New CWM recovery 24 APR 2013 - GizBeat - 2013-04-28 Files Needed if already have a custom recovery installed and want to change if you don't yet have a custom recovery installed and need to flash What to do if you've already got a custom recovery (TWRP or CWM) installed Extract the CWM.zip from the RAR Copy the .zip to your SD Boot into recovery Install zip from SD. Bam. Done If you have a stock recovery. Detailed instructions on the main site (but use recovery from above CWM download) - Quick and dirty if you have a stock recovery • Extract the CWM.rar and then extract the .zip as well • Install and verify in device manager • Run • Load appropriate scatter • Turn Off Phone, pull out the battery and put it back in • Click 'Download' on Flash Tools • Plug in Phone - You will see it quickly flash the recovery. It should finish with a green circle. • Bam you're a ninja. TWRP doesn't have the option either. There's a reason for that - The newer versions of Android adjusts by itself if it can. Most of these issues with battery %'s are due to MTK drivers and hardware, not Android battery stats. I see all wipe options in this new CWM. Wipe cache, wipe dalvik, wipe data all there.
