Hello people, the version of my inew v3 is 1.0.1 and i want upgrade to version 1.0.8, i should upgrading to version 1.0.4 (or other version) before upgrading for the version 1.0.8?

NO! If you put this version you will brick your phone. Your phone is newer model and it is probably a little bit different. And this number (1.0.1) means nothing compare to the 1.0.8. It could be even or newer version than this.
If you want to put it, the only way to do it, is to flash the 1.0.8 with the preloader from your phone.
