Sorry to hear that. "Since two days" means it's like that from the first day, or for the last two days only?
EDIT: are your OTG working? Maybe you could at least back up your important data if you connect your mouse to it...

Thanks. At least I get some respect here for my efforts. That thread at X.D.A has gone haywire.

Burs, I had the phone in use for around 2 weeks before this touchscreen issue. Two days before starting this topic is discovered the problem when i tried to unlock the phone.
Thanks for the suggestion to backup the data.

I contacted the seller (1949), but with the chinese newyear holiday it will take some days..

i had a nexus 4 dipslay screen assy. replaced before by myself.(around 27/12/2013)

after i installed it to the phone, my touch screen acted the same way as yours. it was not responding at all. At first i thought, it was a faulty part shipped, then checked with vendor, they said they had tested the part before they shipped out. So i did try to disassemble n reassemable again a few times. Then finally it was working.
I think , most likely the problem is from the contact (flex cable from the digitizer and the plug/socket from the chipboard.

If u think u can do it with yrself, then tried to disassemble the phone, and disconnect the flex cable, and make sure u clean the contact and the flex cable n reconnect it back.

Edit :
before trying the above method, try to flash few new roms, if after flashing 2 or 3 or 4 rom. u still get the same problems, then most likely it it from the hardware issue. either u send back for warranty or u can try above method.

During the installation of the screen, sometimes the touch screen worked, once i put everything back in place , then the touch screen did not work, i had to install few times, then finally it worked as usual.
