SIGN & VERIFIED IMG - Unpack/Repack

This thread address the issue of unpacking and repacking sign.img/verified.img
Especially the next five types of sign.img/verified.img :

1) boot-sign.img

2) recovery-sign.img

3) system-sign.img

4) boot-verified.img

5) recovery-verified.img

Downloading a stock rom, sometimes it can happen to find them inside it.
These types of sign.img/verified.img are essential to make custom recoveries/custom roms.
I found a way to unpack/repack them onto the img standard form.

Explanation :

a) boot-sign.img ---> unpack it ---> repack it onto boot.img

b) recovery-sign.img ---> unpack it ---> repack it onto recovery.img

c) system-sign.img ---> unpack it ---> repack it onto system.img

e) boot-verified.img ---> unpack it ---> repack it onto boot.img

f) recovery-verified.img ---> unpack it ---> repack it onto recovery.img

I can convert your sign.img/verified.img onto img standard form.

Can you unpack / modify (?) / repack to recovery-verified.img? Without messing up the oem verification key? Because unpack /repack changes the binary properties of the file entirely. makes it less of the original stock recovery-verified.img. Which makes it pretty useless when you have secure boot which you most likely have when you find verified images in your rom. The phone won't flash them. Unless you can get your hands on the key or know what tool the oem used to sign /pack there images. Which is very unlikely.

Could you explain the process, because it sounds dodgy.
