Some of my favourite apps - MaxP101 - 2013-04-08 I would like to share some apps that i use in my daily life; Feel free to post about some of your own favourites. This has become my favourite music player, it is focused on sound quality and works flawlessly with my ever-expanding 12GB music collection. It has support for 3rd party skins Special features this music player rocks are support for 3rd party skins, fully customizable cross-fading between songs, optional playback resuming after a call, optional playback resuming when headphones are plugged in and Direct Volume Control (DVC), i don't really know how the magic works but it takes direct control over the audio-chip in your phone and thus you gain extra volume and sound quality. Probably missed some features but I think it's easier to rate the app if you just take a look at it yourself. It costs €2,99 after the 15-day trial and it is well worth it, you can also purchase it on using PayPal if you don't own a creditcard like me. Quickpic is a picture and video gallery that does what it says. It displays your pictures and does it FAST. I'm not going to write a huge review of the app because it's just that-a simple app. Although I do want to mention that this app gives really high quality previews in contrast to many other galleries. MX Player is a videoplayer that plays just about anything you throw at it. it has excellent support for subtitles including sync adjustment and has very nice gesture controls explained in this pic: Maybe I'll expand this list in the near future, hope you've just found an own new favourite app. RE: Some of my favourite apps - GizBeat - 2013-04-08 Excellent. I have MX player. I really like BS player for it's auto-subtitle download feature. I understand Poweramp is very well liked. Generally I use 8tracks though. I think it's an incredible concept. RE: Some of my favourite apps - tutis - 2013-04-12 Camera FV-5 is a professional camera application for mobile devices, that puts DSLR-like manual controls in your fingertips. Tailored to enthusiast and professional photographers, with this camera application you can capture the best raw photographs so that you can post-process them later and get stunning results. The only limit is your imagination and creativity! RE: Some of my favourite apps - 2bearz - 2013-04-12 Hello. Thanks for the list of favourite apps. Being (very) new to android, would like to see a list of good applications. Any suggestions for must have apps? RE: Some of my favourite apps - GizBeat - 2013-04-12 RE: Some of my favourite apps - junfan - 2013-04-12 Which of these media players are able to stream video from a media server? I love travel and hiking and needed a map that shows trekking paths. Navitel is a Russian navigation application that shows detailed paths like no other applications. Maps to download: Also I suggest Locus Pro, which lets you donwloads maps to your phone and navigate offline. |
