I want to buy a Low-end smartphone,it's much better that the charged less than $90.I usually use the phone to listen music and Read some books.Certainly,the function Calling and texting is essential.
I had found some phones.Which one should I choose?

Pay just a little more and get the MT6582 W450. Bigger LCD and the 1GB RAM, Dual-Core GPU, and Quad-core CPU will make a huge difference in experience. Spend the extra $10-20. Seriously.
