Bluetooth car connection for phoning - JoshyJS - 2013-12-22 I´m using my Zopo C1 now with my inbuild car connection by BT. Before I used it with Nokia normal phones and with Iphone. With both I had no problems to connect and get my phonebook on my car radio. The android phone now only connects but does not sent the contacts to my car radio. Any idea what I do wrong? Best Regards. RE: Bluetooth car connection for phoning - pufferaway - 2013-12-22 (2013-12-22, 01:36)JoshyJS Wrote: I´m using my Zopo C1 now with my inbuild car connection by BT.Greetings, JoshyJS! Is your C1 running Aliyun OS? Have you researched your car radio's Bluetooth compatibility and sharing options for Android devices? What application is being used on the phone for contact management? Note: please provide as much detail as you can to help troubleshoot the problem. RE: Bluetooth car connection for phoning - JoshyJS - 2013-12-22 Sorry, its a C2. Syntax error. Android. I thought android is android. Its Version. 4.2.1 I get it connected. Speaking and hearing works if I dial via the car radio. And I thought a car BT connection would be standadized. It worked the last years with differend phones. But the Zopo C2 Android is the first one which makes problems. I found now this: A |When transferring the phonebook from a Samsung Galaxy phone (W, R, S2, S3, etc.) and some other Android phones you will be asked whether to allow outside access to your phonebook (normally this is notified by your phone’s notification bar at the top of the display). You will need to accept the access request to your phonebook in order to allow the phonebook to be downloaded by the ViseeO MB-3 (This can be done by dragging down the notification bar when your phone alerts you that an outside device is trying to access your phonebook, and then select this notification to accept). If you are not sure how to use the notification bar please refer to your phone manual for further information. (To understand how the phonebook is transferred please refer to Section 4.1 Sync Phonebook in your MB-3 manual for further information) I think i saw this notifivation. But before i can react it disappears. Any idea how i can Access this or get it back displayed to change the setting? I'm absolutely a Nerd with android. Its my first phone. And zopo delivers no handbook. Also not to download. BR, Joshy RE: Bluetooth car connection for phoning - pufferaway - 2013-12-22 Looks like an iPhone! How do you like it? Good quality? As far as Android goes, the system has to be modified by developers to match the hardware and there are some companies who make specialized systems based on Android. Aliyun OS is a Linux distribution designed for smartphones based on the Android Open Source Project. It is developed by AliCloud, a subsidiary of Chinese company Alibaba Group. It revolves around the idea of bringing cloud functionality to mobile devices. Alyun OS may only be shipping on C2s to the Chinese market at this point, but that's why I asked which you received. Android is more like Linux OS is for computers in the sense that it's open source and anybody can modify it as they see fit. For comparison, Apple completely controls iOS on the iPhone/iPad as it does OS X for the computer hardware... no customization or variation by other companies. So Android on one phone could, in principle, look and function differently dependent upon make/model of phone. I suspect you'll see more variation as time passes, but for now the majority are, for the most part, the same animal with slightly different appearances. If you have a notification pending, you can access it from your main screen by touching the top of your display and dragging your finger down to the bottom... you should see all pending notifications. From there you can tap each one to access options and activate updates for things such as google apps. So, even though a notification may pop up on the main screen and then disappear, you should be able to see any accumulated notifications via this process. Don't worry about being new to Android, as I am also; I received my first Android 4 months ago and learn new things all of the time. It takes time and some education to adapt from the iPhone, which was my previous experience. Just be patient, do your homework and ask questions as necessary. Hope that helps and please feel welcome to participate at ChinaPhoneArena forums! Best Wishes! RE: Bluetooth car connection for phoning - JoshyJS - 2013-12-22 Tanks. Tll now i didnt any pending notifications. It appears and disappears in a Second and is gone then. The C2 I have I do not really like it. I expected it smaller. Thought 5 inch would be the I5 size. But it seems this is 4 inch. Finally its too large for my taste. I would very like a phone with - 4 inch retina display - dual sim - iphone housing - octacore - 1 or more GB ram - minimum 16 GB ram - sd card slot But in the moment i do only find an offer of this ksr company. And i expect it is a fake. You find no reviews of this company. RE: Bluetooth car connection for phoning - pufferaway - 2013-12-22 RE: Bluetooth car connection for phoning - JoshyJS - 2013-12-23 I live in germany. No idea what freqs i need. Im a phone nerd... RE: Bluetooth car connection for phoning - JoshyJS - 2013-12-23 now i did find it. was the pending approvement. have both cards installed. Both had to be approved for the contacts. and due both have the same contacts i have either contact two times von the radio. ... RE: Bluetooth car connection for phoning - pufferaway - 2013-12-24 Congratulations and thank you for the update! Are these both SIM cards or 1 SIM and 1 SD? I guess if you wish to avoid the doubling of contacts on the radio, then you'll need to delete those from one card, the radio and then begin the process again... of course, that's up to you, but at least you know getting the contacts from Android to your car radio works.
