Stream Photos and Videos From PC with XBMC - kamillo67 - 2013-04-06
If you are at home(and you have wifi router) can use a super mediaplayer with strimming,it's name is XBMC.
I'm using it on my tabs and hero 7500+ too. It's very fantastic .
Download the android version in the browser from the xbmc.org (about 48MB)
Make in your PC a workgoup : "MSHOME" and share drive(s) or directories on PC.
Run the xbmc on the android device
1. choose the system> settings>services>SMB client
2. set Wins server: your PC IP number
3. set workgrop: MSHOME
4. go Videos(or music etc.) > Files> add videos>browse>windows network(SMB)>MSHOME>your pc name>your shared directory(or drive) press Ok
and Ok again.
5. browse from your pc shared directories
6. start the video

work it with all windows version or only vista and newer?

Network file sharing should work on all Windows versions since Windows 95.
