I can confirm that the device has the proper radios for FDD-LTE B7 (which is only listed on Innos' official website, but not on the box). I am using LTE on Rogers in Toronto and it works. I will say however, that because there is no support for B4 and B17, LTE connectivity is sometimes limited. Thankfully, most of Toronto is using B7 on Rogers but I have already noticed a few dead areas where I would typically get LTE on my Oneplus One.

Thank you man.

Can you do a test for me and turn on "GSM only" on both SIMs and see if you're able to still get a signal? I believe Rogers is 1900 GSM. If connecting there, then the site should be correct and the box incorrect.

Can you also confirm what the back of your box says for frequency support (eg, GSM 900/1800). Just want to make sure there aren't different versions of the phone going out.

I'm happy to report that GSM 850/1900Mhz works on both sims, at least on Rogers in Toronto.

This was accomplished by setting to GSM only, and back of your box says 900/1800 GSM (not 850/900/1800/1900), yes?

Sorry to be hounding you here, man. You're the only American to answer and review comes out tomorrow. Want to be giving as accurate info as possible.

Thanks again.

Canadian*. Yup. Set it to GSM only and I get EDGE support. Back of the box shows support for:

TDD-LTE B38/B39/B40/B41
FDD-LTE B1/B3
WCDMA 2100MHZ
TD-SCDMA 1900(F)/2000(A)MHZ
EVDO 800MHZ/CDMA 800MHZ
GSM/GPRS/EDGE 900/1800MHZ

Outstanding. Thank you.

Re "American", here I meant N/C/S American. Not USAnian. I suppose I should always qualify that term so as not to offend. : )

Thanks again.

You will have to set the "Preferred network type" either to Global or one of the ones that allow for GSM and/or WCDMA, I believe. That would depend on which network types are available in France. This is because many (perhaps most) networks do not use LTE for calling.

GSM/WCDMA/LTE should work.
