its ringing at there end but not at mine, if i choose wcdma it rings
further tests proves there is something wrong with the 4g ??
my provider EE i checked on there site and i do have 4g coverage

Is the 4G/LTE icon coming up?
It should have band 1,3,7,8,20 from the official site.

Have tried LTE data? Is it only voice that's not working? Seems very odd calls not triggering on LTE.

Hello Will. Any progress yet?
The box is stating something different than the official site, so band 7 may not be included.
Have you tried turning on LTE only and seeing if the SIM still receives a signal?
Also, there's this app which will show if you're connected to LTE
Please keep us informed of any progress (or lack of).
