phone not booting, only android logo after deleting files - chraisy - 2015-05-22 Hello, I accidentally deleted some files in my phone that was rooted (since I bought from china it was rooted) and now it's not booting. It appears the android logo and doesn't go further. I bought it at Aliexpress and the product description was: 3G GPS WCDMA cell phone Lenovo phone S4 MTK6592 Octa core 2GB Ram 5'' 1920*1280 dual SIM 13M free ship but it's clearly not an original Lenovo. I have already rdone the factory reset but it hasn't changed. I can acess the recovery menu in chinese (vol up + vol down + power) and in english (vol up + power). When I go in "version info" I got the results bellow: BB Chip: MT6592 MS Board: android IMEI1: 356688049841663 IMEI2: 356688049840640 Modem ver.: MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V4.P6, 2013/11/13 11:04 Bar code: 102001_04310610 Buid time: 2014 08 11 17:15:02 CST Kernel ver.: 3.4.5 (1xy@tastech-desktop) (gcc version 4.6.x-google 20120106 (prerelease) (GCC) ) #3 SMP PREEMPT Sat Aug 16 11:47:11 CST 2014 Android ver.: 4.4.2 SW Ver.: ALPS. JB3.MP.V1.6Custom Build Vern android.2014.08.11 Can someone help me fixing my phone, please? Thank you, Chris RE: phone not booting, only android logo after deleting files - cookiedough - 2015-05-22 If its a fake lenovo, its probably actually mt6582 or mt6572. You will need the ROM for your phone or the system file u deleted. And how can I find and install the ROM? I don't really know what files deleted. |
