I strongly recommend you to flash the Nougat rom :

Then, to flash the TWRP 3.1.0 :

https://www.needrom.com/download/u7-plus-twrp-3-1-0/

Hola Cleo, I can do this but lost My imei, I try repair with maui meta but the result is error. Can you tell me what is the process for repair the imei. Check the error in the image [emoji7] [emoji1] thank you Cleo

Thank you Cleo! Now you can tell me how I do a hard reset. My Oukitel have install TWRP 3.1.0 and Android 7.0 nougat v17. 0, (Rom suggested by you). Thank you so much again.
