Well 2G should be good to go. According to the official website and OP, there are a couple different versions of this phone. One of them with 1900MHz WCDMA, but that's still to be proven. There's been no one to show it. Very strange for a phone that's been out for a year or so. Regardless, you for sure will be good to go on 2G, and should be good to go on 850MHz 3G, that is AT&T or any AT&T MVNO.

I'll see if I'm able to test it when I'm in the US; I need to get myself a local SIM card anyway or else it's just WiFi.

To test the T-Mobile 1900MHz, get Simple. Otherwise get Air Voice. That is AT&T MVNO and should cover 3G no problem. SIMs are $1 on eBay.

Gotcha, Ill have to wait though, I accidentally bricked my Life View phone. However there is a Community over on Google Plus that will show you all of the different evidence that it works on T-mobile. Matter of fact most if not all BLU phones work on the WCDMA 1900

Sorry, I meant for Squier and his testing / use in USA.

We're talking about iNew. Not Blu. Blu Life is made by an American company and sold retail in USA. It makes sense that they'd go through the efforts to include American 3G radios.

Bell and Virgin have the Alcatel(TCL) Idol X for sale on their network but that is only because they have reworked it. 850/1900 WCDMA, which that phone normally doesn't have. Be very careful with what you read about China phones specs in general. I've seen errors on almost every reseller site I've come across.
The iNews certainly don't have 4G yet,and you always have to be very careful with that 1900 WCDMA band.
