@"jerzyjerzy" @"bobtheboor"

Name books Vampire Great contributions. But let's name some books. First 3 that come to your head, write them down quick before more come Thumbs Up

Jerzy, have you read Eyes of the Dragon? Never been a big Steven King fan, but that was great. Classic dark fantasy.

OK, then:

The Colour of Magic by Terry Pratchett
The Dark Tower series by Stephen King
Black House by Stephen King
The Sound and the Fury by William Faulkner
Ulysses by James Joyce
1984 by George Orwell

And, no, I have not read Eyes of the Dragon. It might be actually the only book by King I have not read beside his book on writing ;-)

Hi Sniper47
These are the first book in each series which I enjoyed. So I do not get bored with all similar books in a row I usually alternate books with different authors.
I are known to listen to some strange books but have found some gems doing this.
Lately I seem to not stick with a book that can't maintain my interest and change to another. Very easy with Smart AudioBook Player and a heap of books on my phone.
Catherine Coulter - FBI Thriller - 01 - The Cove 1996
Clive Cussler - NUMA Files - 01 - Serpent (1999)
Chloe Neill - Chicagoland Vampires - 01 - Some Girls Bite 2009
William W Johnstone - Blood Bond - 01 - Blood Bond 1989

Sorry did it again can't stick to 3.
Must stop before I add more.

@bobtheboor , you can list more. I just made it 3 to keep people from having to think for too long Big Grin

You're really into the series stuff. And vampires Vampire

@jerzyjerzy , you really should check out Eyes of the Dragon. It's a super quick read. Can probably get through it in a day. I wish Steven King had done more classic dark fantasy or high fantasy. He always went with the weird modern day stuff. I had a difficult time with suspension of disbelief and his works.
