Do not flash the MIUI, stuck at INEW logo, flashed lewa 1.04 and phone works again.
I had v1.0.5 on my phone, made a nandroid backup with CWM, but could not restore because of checksum error. Created a checksum, but did not work either.
Now i am on Lewa 1.0.4 and will stay on it.
Will wait for INEW to release a good working FW.

hello friends, I'm praseed Paul from India. I bought an inew v3 sometime back and I had ur similar problem, sp flash tool not recognizing my phone. after many days of exploration I could sort out this issue at least in my case. I hope it might help u all who r in trouble . I had pda drivers installed in my windows 8 64 bit laptop. mtk droid tools were recognizing phone but not the sp flash tool. To sort this issue what extra u need is vcom USB driver for ur laptop. how I came across this is, I had already downloaded inew v3 1.1.1custom rom downloaded from needrom. com. after u finish ur download unpack. rar file and u can find multiple folders in that. in that u can find vcom driver. install suitable driver for ur laptop whether 32 bit encrypted or 64 bit encrypted. I could find only 64 bit encrypted in that. if u don't find us at least u can Google it. NOTE:EACH AND EVERY TIME U FLASH UR PHONE U HAVE TO BE REPEATEDLY INSTALL VCOM DRIVER FOR UR PHONE TO BE RECOGNIZED BY FLASH TOOL. HOPE THIS WILL HELP U. PRASEED PAUL. link for the rom,
