I'd rather I could tell you something else, but ...
... the same procedure.
If I try one of the other partitions (skipping preloader) I always get the the missing auth-file-error message (see attachment 4 in posting #6).
Sorry!
Try to hold volume up button when you connect the USB onto PC to flash the blocks
You will release the volume up button after that the red bar will be at 100%

No success
First try showed the same behavier as in attachment 5 of my previous posting is shown.
All later tries cause the missing-auth-file-error message (with no red bar).
Seems, my girlfriend will get a pretty paperweight for her birthday ...

SECOND STRATEGY :
We will change strategy once again.
Now DO NOT use SP Flash Tool.
STEPS :
1) Connect the phone to the PC with USB cable
2) Click on the BAT file inside the stock rom
Try both BAT files ... and see what happens

Starting the [chinese].bat files shows me the following window:
attachment-6.pdf (Size: 105.67 KB / Downloads: 53)
The phrase "Zugriff verweigert" in the middle of the text means "access denied".
Seems the bootloader is locked.

2) Unzip the InstallTWRP.zip
3) Copy the scatter file inside the previous stock rom.
4) Paste the scatter file inside the twrp folder
5) Try to flash the recovery.img (twrp)
6) Try to boot the phone onto recovery mode (volume up+power buttons simultaneously)
Then select the first white line with volume up
Then hold the volume down button to start the recovery.
And see what happens
If the twrp start ... do not touch anything ... but tell me

Just to be sure: you mean the scatter file from the chinese X620 5.6.0 ROM, agree?

Also your LeEco Snapdragon model needs unlocked bootloader.
The big lack of LeEco phones consists in the fact that they need unlocked bootloader.
QUESTION :
When you hold simultaneously volume up+power buttons,
are you able to see the three white lines ?

Ciao Cleopatra,
thank you again for being so busy with a stupid and silly chicken ...
No, I can see nothing on the display.
The last message I saw on the display was last week, when the fastboot message was shown which told me, the (Snapdragon-)TWRP was downloaded successfully.
Because after that nothing more happened, I unplugged the phone from the PC and wanted to reboot.
Since then the display is black and definitively shut off (I tried it in a darkened room). On/Off-switch works, but I never know what status the phone has (just can check this with the SP-Flashtool: if I plug the device to the PC and nothing happens, the phone is on).
Maybe the bootloader menu is shown on the black screen, but if so, I don't know where the marker stands. And I don't know, what happens if I press the buttons to long or too short ...
I've tried around for a while, but I see no success an the permanent device is connected / disconnected / connected / disconnected ... sucks.
