I tried to answer to his questions the best as I can. I won't to be a a-hole. I think this was a miss understanding RE: Pepsi P1S Bootloop - Cleopatra - 2016-08-26 @nop1s : Which version of P1S firmware do you have installed on your device ? The stock firmware or my mod 2.16 ? RE: Pepsi P1S Bootloop - nop1s - 2016-08-27 (2016-08-26, 07:59)Cleopatra Wrote: @nop1s : @Cleopatra It's a Koobee Pepsi P1S I just bought from Gearbest. I never tried to root it, so it has the stock firmware. Btw, the stock firmware was full of crap and kept installing shady apps without my authorization. It wouldn't allow me to change the awful launch manager either. If I ever get this out of the bootloop, I'd definitely love to root it and install your mod. In any case, I don't recommend to anybody reading this buying this piece of s**t. @Blueforcer I'm glad that it was only a misunderstanding. RE: Pepsi P1S Bootloop - Blueforcer - 2016-08-29 @nop1s : Do you have fixed your Bootloop? I have the feeling that it is getting worse. It freeze and reboot in the Battery-Loading screen. In 1 of 50 tries, Im able to boot in TWRP. The only mode where is no freeze is the fastboot mode. Sometimes...well. i mean rarely. It boots into Android. If it does not freeze during the work with it, it stay in the bootloop after reboot. Everything I've tried so far: 1. Flashing Roms - Original Rom - Hubers Rom - Cleopatras Rom (2.10 & 2.16) each via "Download Only", "Firmware upgrade" and "Format all + Download" With newest SP flash Tool. 2. Try different PCs and USB-Cables 3. Flashing Boot.img and Recovery.img via Fastboot I'm really desperate on. What else can I try? RE: Pepsi P1S Bootloop - Cleopatra - 2016-08-29 @Blueforcer : Above all, download the next version of SP Flash Tool : I am not responsible for what happens to your phone. The next solution could be dangerous for your phone. Anyway, I have just tested it on my Pepsi, and it is still alive. STEPS : 1) Open SP Flash Tool. 2) Connect your phone to your pc with USB cable. 3) Click on tab "Format". 4) Blue point on "Format whole flash". 5) Click on "Start" (blue arrow). Then, unplug your phone from your pc. Click on tab "Download" and flash the stock firmware of Pepsi. RE: Pepsi P1S Bootloop - Blueforcer - 2016-08-29 Thank you, Cleopatra. First of all, the phone is still alive. But still does not boot correctly |
