I asked them and they said they will ship it from China, they said for me to pay $8 to upgrade to Singapore Post as its faster and less likely to get lost compared to China Post.

Did they give you an estimated arrival time with and without Singapore Post?

12-30 days with free shipping via China Post, 9-16 days with Singapore Post. Not bad for $8, about £5.

The phone arrived yesterday and I can't put it down! I can't belive how good quality it is for the price I paid.

Excellent. Glad you're happy. I've really enjoy the H7500+. Well-built phone and above average camera.
Unless wanting to go with LeWa, I recommend either sticking with stock 4.2.1 or possibly KtK.
I installed the Xposed Framework and GravityBox and made some changes that have really improved the phone even further.
