[split] camera crashing on iNew i6000

Please I need help from anyone on this forum'i have Inew i6000 1gb /16 GB.the camera doesn't work .it always crash after some seconds. See the video on YouTube of what exactly my Phone does but mine is inew i6000.

yr phone need to be rooted

unzip the file(attached) , copy the the file "libcam.paramsmgr.so " to yr phone sd card

then in the phone copy libcam.paramsmgr.so to

system/lib/

before copy the file to the location, rename the oringinal one in yr phone to another name.
Example
rename "libcam.paramsmgr.so"
to "libcam.paramsmgr.so.old"

then check the permission are the same as the original

then reboot.

Edit :
make sure u have a CWM backup before doing this, incase it does not boot, then u have to restore it .

UNFORTUNATELY only one cwm (5.0.4.4) inew accepted...is someone installed other version or other recovery and how?
(this recovery is old and sometimes makes corrupted backups)

i am not too sure

i had come out with the method is i had the same problem when i installed a new rom(which i transplant/modified from Zopo ZP990) to my phone (inew6000),


so what i did was
i changed the driver in system/lib
all the file start with libcam****.**
then changed one by one, then reboot after every one changed (with the previous rom that i knew the camera driver was working) to see if it worked.
, but so far, i know that the above file will make the changes, and the other one is "libcameracustom.so" will make changes to the camera setting

But make sure u have a CWM recovery backup before u do this, sometimes after u change the file, it would stuck in the reboot loop
so u have to restore the system by CWM recovery)

Thanks i will do that for sure maybe that help me solve this issue the cellphone is brand new lets hope i can fix it

Steve thanks for always being there for everyone that needs your help, I did everything as you said yet it is not working, I suggest you send me the whole (lib folder of a working inew i6000)so that I will change the whole of the lib......files.

Hello,
I had exactly the same!
I had imaged the phone with Inew i6000 images, even one form september (original image is from august).
I have tried different tools, also the chinese flash tool where you can explicitely point to your camera model.
Nothing helped !
I have sent the phone back.
