Nope, both failed too.
Baseband: MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V37
Build number: Acer_AV0C0_Z205_1.004.0_AAP_CUS4
But i have another, much more important question to solve - I've tried last night to build my own custom recovery and when I flash it, as a result imei was lost and root was not obtained... So, now I'm looking for a way to bring the imei back.

Hi namma !
OK ... at first we'll try to restore your IMEI together. I suggest you to install "Mobileuncle tools" apk.
Tap Engineer Mode ... tap Engineer Mode (MTK) ... tap Connectivity ... tap CDS Information ... tap Radio Information ... tap Phone ... and in line AT +EGMR=1,7,"IMEI_1" (replace IMEI_1 with the imei written on the back of your devicere) ... YOU MUST ENTER SPACE BETWEEN AT and +, so not AT+EG but AT +EG ... and you'll fix invalid imei.
:-)
I forgot to tell you to tap on SEND AT COMMAND ... and then to quit Mobileuncle and reboot your device.

Unfortunately, the SN is gone as well... So, I can't restore the IMEI ,using the engineer mode. When i press that button it brings me back to the Mobileuncle's main screen.
May be tomorrow will bring the phone to the Acer's service center and will ask them to restore the IMEI & SN.

Yeah, i know.
They (because the phone has 2 aim) are written on the box as well. I've tried that app, but when I press Send AT command, the following message appear: AT command is failed to send....

Have you followed my suggestion ? :
in line AT +EGMR=1,7,"IMEI_1" (with commas too) YOU MUST ENTER SPACE BETWEEN AT and +, so not AT+EG but AT +EG
However, I've had other suggestion to restore your IMEI if this will fail.
