s5 mtk dead

hello
i got a problem with my phone an s5(sm-g900f mtk) copy seriously i do not know what happen but one thing sure i try to roote my phone using the same technic for samsung galaxy y in that time i didn't know that it's a copy so i downloaded two file one is cmw and the second is update i used recovry mod the phone stop in logo and keep booting i injected a backup (s5 ORIGINAL!!! backup rom)from internet since then it says IMEI not valid i tried to restored but in vain i looked for tutorials then i figure out that my phone is a clone(copy) so i downloaded sp flash tool and i formated my phone(hole room)without backing up all the info that i provide is from the back of the phone.
i succed to inject two room:
