hey, I also have this S5, and indeed a big trouble, my girlfriend has a modified pattern and can not remember, I can not sign in with the Google account because I have turned off my internet ..
I come not at all more pure ..

There are some proposed solutions for this, but I haven't found them to work and most of them require your internet to be on. The only one that doesn't is through ADB and your device must be rooted and debugging turned on and even then it's not a sure solution.
The only sure solution is factory resetting the phone.

It's not a code. It will erase all data on the phone and put the phone in the original factory state.
Phone numbers saved through Google or on the SIM card will still be saved.
If you want to do that, you must power off. Then boot into recovery by holding Vol-Up and Power at the time. Hold them about 5 seconds until you see a dead Android. Press the power button once and you should then be in recovery. Select 'wipe data/factory reset' (use Vol-Down to navigate and Vol-Up to select). Then reboot.
