Display problems

My Star's Note N9589 screen suddenly at certain points, mainly in the upper right of the screen, every time I want to press it comes out the slides down menu. I did reset to factory settings, but nothing has changed.
Ι think my problems began with the calibration of the sensor, also in the tests I did on screen in factory mode they fail. Ηas anyone the same problem ? It's hardware or software problem ?

Sorry, this is very difficult to understand. Can you please try to explain again, or take a picture.

Have you tried flashing a stock ROM onto your phone? I would recommend that. If it doesn't fix the problem, and the problem didn't exist previously then it's likely a hardware issue.

i have the stock ROM STAR-N9589-20130328_e2001_v89_gq2008s.
Now i tried flashing this rom hoping to fix my problem. STAR-N9589-20130423_e2001_v89_gq2008s
but I can νοτ manage so well. Αlso i do not know how to take snapshots.
