mpie g7 problem... please help

Recently i got the mpie g7. So far i have found it to be a great phone except 1 serious issue.

Im with the carrier Public Mobile in Canada and the phone does not like to stay in 3G. When it switches from 2G to 3G it will freeze to the point i get no incoming/outgoing calls or sms or mms. It will not do anything until i pull the battery and restart the phone.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Could it be something im not considering, or manufacturing defect?

Please help as i love this phone but not my only issue...

Hi whagwannin !

I've the same phone. I'm very happy to have bought it because it's cheap and it works very well. I switch it (manually) from 3G to 4G daily and I never had your issue. But I live in Italy, not in Canada. Maybe it could be caused by your telecommunications company or the canadian coverage 3G/LTE. I suggest you to visit the link below, you'll can verify the coverage of the telecommunications companies in Canada.
