last sunday i ordered the iNew V3 at fastcardtech
yesterday i have got this E-Mail from FCT Support

recently much buyer report it has tech problem, and also can not easy fixed by software.
So we had urgent called back package from shipment Company back to us.
We will pay this ship fee; we just hope our buyer will feel happy get better goods and services.
Due to these items known issues, right now we have to beg you exchange to another items.
