how to enable usb debugging from computer

how to enable usb debugging from computer ,, i my setting option is removed ,and i need to install rom in my phone ( HTM T1020W).

USB Debugging needs to be enabled on your phone.

If it's not showing up in your Settings, you might have to first enable Developer Options.

Go to "Settings" on your phone.
Go to "Developer Options".
Enable "USB Debugging".

If you do not see "Developer Options"
Go to "Settings" on your phone.
Go to "About phone".
Click on "Build number" repeatedly (7-10 times).
That should unlock Developer Options.

Put the problem i dont have setting option any more ,,,,so i cant go in said

phone setting and enable usb debugging ,, Becouse of that i wont Another way to install rom and enable it from computer.

I'm having a difficult time interpreting your posts. I think you're saying you can no longer get into your phone settings. Is this correct? How did this happen?

I'm going to defer until another user with more experience can answer your questions directly.

However, I've read rumors that having "USB Debugging" enabled isn't an absolute necessity to flash a phone -- it's just a nice safety net to have because it lets you recover from being stuck in a bootloop.

just i try to install rom with ( SP Flash Tool ) and i cant do it becouse the usb is not enabled.

when i push setting Icon --->

it said : ( Application is not installed on your phone).

ahh I think OP means that the desktop icon no longer works?

if so, long press the faulty icon and move it to the X....to delete it

OR for some launchers....you will get a small drop down menu and select delete

-----it deletes the icon not the software

Most phones have a middle software button you press to see all your apps
swipe to system setttings ....normally a cog icon

long press it.....and your launcher should allow you to move it onto your desktop

if that does not help

long press empty desktop and a launcher setting should appear

choose install an app.....scroll thru apps and choose system settings

was it new software you installed?

did you recently get the device rooted?

3) how long have you had this device?

I wonder if this is a fake?

Do you know how to check its hardware?

-i was install new launcher : ( Solo Launcher - Smooth & Smart ) app.

and when i reinstall it and remove it , the problem starting with me.


-it was root it when the problem starting , then i do ( Wipe data/factory reset ).
but the same nothing change.

That explains a lot.

Right, did you know that to uninstall a launcher.....you will get into trouble.....unless phone has another launcher to fall back to.

2) Can you do me a favour and install a new launcher.

A launcher is the USER INTERFACE (UI) and that is the reason why your icons work or not.

3) Can you tell us what is make and model of phone and from your sales link look for the chipset please and tell us that

4) If you can't find out that info ....install CORRECTION cpu-z from playstore and run it

we need CPU chipset, RAM and android version eg 4.2.2 as a minmum to recommend a good launcher

5) in the meantime, I will recommend a low over head launcher that I use called
inspire launcher......just to resolve icon issue until we know your results

CPU chipset mt6572
RAM 512.....not so good
Android v 4.2

Yes I think you need a low spec laucher....my recommendation stands.
