help with kingzone

after a fair review from cpa, i bought a KZ Z1.
It's only a fair device with many shortcomings.
Just recently they have rescended their planned upgrade to 5.?
Why, they claim they cant get their faingerprint scanner to work.
Well, it didn' work anyway. So it's just an excuse.

I hope that Giz will at least contact vendor to express the dismay of his customers who became customers of KZ.

I need help too with my Kingzone Z1. I need the ROM for my phone and Kingzone has yet to make it available for download . My phone is starts up with the chime but the screen is black.

Can't do a restore because I can't see anything to get into the recover mode. I'm sure that that screen hasn't been damaged. I'm sure it's a firmware problem.

Please help someone!

The phone is 2 months old maybe and worked well.
Suddenly started behaving erratically then password locked itself.
Now black screen on start. I assume it is a software issue
