Are you referring to ADB drivers? If so, download the set of drivers from here [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
At least one of those should work. PdaNet worked for me with Win 8.

That driver pack has them all.

Make sure you enable USB debugging. It could make a difference depending which tool you use.

You need to enable USB debugging on your phone. Go to Settings > Developer Options > USB debugging (tick this)

If you do not see Developer Options in Settings, go to Settings > About Phone.
Tap on Build Number 7 times or until the phone notifies you that Developer Options is enabled. Then do the previous instructions to enable USB Debugging.
