SP Flsah Tool, Error 2020

Hello i try to flash my phone but i get stuck at Download DA 100%

with this code here:

ERROR : S_BROM_CHKSUM16_MEM_RESULT_DIFF (2020)

[H/W] Fail to download DA to baseband chip's internal SRAM!

The internal SRAM has the problem that leads to 16 bits checksum error!

I have test it with Windows / Linux
