Touchscreen not always responding

How has the same problem or solution?
I have a Inew v3 phone
Now I have problems with the phone. The touchscreen is not working very well, sometimes it works but many times I have to put the phone in standby, after getting it out out standby the screen works for about 3 minutes and have problems again. Also to swipe to an other page does not work. It doesnot respond to my finger moves.

Hope someone has got some info

maybe the touch cable is not connected properly, or you have a hardware problem.
what firmware are you running on?
