when i open it i get a message "scatter file cant be found, be sure to load....."

i press ok, then press scatter to load it
then i click download and connect phone. but then phone just shows a black screen and softwear doesnt show any prograss...

first i want thank you for all the help. and secondly
should i maybe use format or something like that from the tab's?
anyway thanks again and hope there is still hope to fix it at home somehow...

The phone is supposed to be off during the flash. The screen should be black.

Just follow the steps one by one. See How to flash a ROM in tutorials section.

Basically:

Install drivers
Run SP Flash Tool
Take out battery
Load scatter (make sure scatter file is in same directory as your SP Flash Tool ROM)
Click download
Put battery back in
Attach phone.

That's it.

I suggest you not to use the SP Flash Tool program but use MTK Flash Tool program v5.1352. I had the same issue and this version get my phone fixed.

fixed the issu! all i had to do is remove old drivers and then install new one and it reconize phone. used a guide on youtube

Yes, that's in the fix sp flash tools guide, suggested several posts back. Good you got it fixed.
