I FLASHED A WRONG ROM ON THIS CLONE & NOW WHEN IT POWERS UP THE SCREEN SHOWS A LOT OF LINES THIS IS THE PHONE INFO

If it were me I'd try to get the phone to connect to SP Flash Tool and keep trying to flash ROMs until you find one that works. (Even better if you already have one that works.)

I HAVE TRIED A FEW & NONE WORK THE MAX N9006 HAS THE SAME SPECS AS MY PHONE BUT GIVES ME AN ERROR WHEN I TRY TO FLASH IT
What information do you have about your actual phone?
That is, the actual Samsung SM-N9006 is the Note 3. If this is a clone, it's highly highly improbable that it has the same hardware. We need to find out what's actually inside your phone, then we can start trying to better narrow down a correct ROM for it.
