I'd also bought a phone Alps Huawei M7 china phone, which show 4gb ram and 32gb rom. but i don't think it, show original ram and rom, because this phone processing speed it too slow.
I've failed to root it.
This phone configuration show.

That sounds suspicious. Are you talking about the Huawei Ascend Mate7? Did you buy it from a reputable source?
Inconsistencies that I see are as follows:
The Huawei Ascend Mate7 has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, so whatever you have there isn't it.
The MediaTek MT6595 uses the ARM Cortex-A17, not A7. (The A7 was circa 2013, perhaps it's a MT6592?)
In any case, with those potentially faked specs, I would proceed with caution.
All that said, you're still running KitKat, so your potential to root the phone using One-Click solutions might be quite a bit higher. What root methods have you tried? My last KitKat phone rooted pretty easily with Kingo Root.
Sorry if I was not clear... its a fake (clon) Huawei M7.
However, according it's specifications it should be faster. I think, it has not activated the 8 cores, so I want to root it in order to get to the possibility to do it.
