install as usual

make sure u back up yr rom before u install
also backup all the app and yr data, , after the new installation, u can restore them

do the 3 wipe
fasctory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache
install the rom

as per Marsapa, the first boot take 10 to 15 minutes,
What i did is , during the first boot, about 3 to 4 minues later, then i just took out the battey, after 5 - 10 seceonds, put back the battery, then reboot again.(thanks to him and credit to him)

You have to reboot twice

Hi All.

Thank you for new ROM. I have installed it without any trouble ;-). I am going to write just few findings when I used this ROM. I am using it for two days only, it means it is really first impression. Anyway: Camera, GSM signal are OK. I did not test GPS yet. Partition is 3GB for apps and rest of storage is for data. New ROM seems to be little slow, for example sliding in menu is really slow compare to original ROM. I have a problem with identification of SD card when I unplug phone from PC sometime. Phone does not find external SD. One time phone did not find any data on internal SD card even. After restart phone find both SD cards - no problem. From my point of view orginal ROM is better... Anyway thanks to Stevenma61 for new ROM ;-)

THANKS
there is a small bug in the phone.apk

i had updated it now, should be ready in 2 - hour time

u can change it by yrself , if u r famiiar with the root explorer

copy yr phone.apk from yr old rom to the sd card, then go to system/app, delete the phone.apk ,, then paste the phone.apk to this location, make sure the permission of the phone.apk is the same as the other app under this folder, then reboot

Ya, i did not use the original launcher, i installed apex laumcher, then it will be ok.

for the phone call system. i have already fixed/updated. now u can download the rom again (same link), and reistall it

for the sd card problem
Once u plug yr phone in the computer, it is ok, but when u unplug the phone, then u have to reboot the phone to get the sd card read.

i will try to solve the bug, i hope i can identify the bug. once i find it , i will post it here again

for the original launcher(google launcher), yes it is a bit slow, but it does not matter,u just have to install other launcher, for me i install apex launcher.
(i did not change the stock launcher to apex launcher, just let u have the experiance with the google launcher, but it should be much faster in the original Nexus 5 rom)

so far i found this rom, onre of the best, the touch is not too sensitive. wifi ok, 2g signal ok, 3g, i did not really use it, but as i can see , as long as i am in good receiption area, then i have HSPA under my phone status. so i suppose 3g is ok. GPS, i have to modify the antenna with just a strip of aluminium foil , and a pc of tape, then i can get the GPS locked in less than 20 sec in open space, in house, might take 1 minutes or less for the first lock.

i think this is a custom rom modified from stock rom.
i prefre stock rom more than other rom.
with stock rom , it can be easily customise more with Xpose installer.
