[ROM] iNew v3 1.1.4 is terminamted, instead we will get official android 4.4. Kitkat rom

A new ,850 black inewv3 has come today to my hands for a few minutes to solve a 3g isssue .(it belongs to a friend and he has bought it for 120€ ,dhl post included , but he had to pay 28€ in duty taxes ,they are cheaper and cheaper)
I´ve noticed that it came with 1.1.1 ROM with baseband december 2013 .
The black model is awesome , im waiting for mine since i sold my white one.
Just waiting for the phone and the new 1.1.4 (my old white 900 inew had stock 1.0.1 and it had no faults)

This is so confusing to me, why is there different roms for same phone? this inew company really seems like a company to avoid, rather than help current users they only support new customers?

current users should demand inew post this 1.1.1 rom asap, and accept no excuses as the rom is available on new phones.

It seems no serious behaviour from a company that is selling the phone massively.

To me this sounds like..."Why are there updates in Windows for my (same) computer?", for example. If you got bugs, security gaps and whatever, you need to update, hence the new ROMS. I'm personally glad there has been interest from iNew in producing new ROMS. It's a small company and you can't expect to have the same support, as from the big playahs! Afterall, this is in accordance with the price we paid for the phone.

The problem is that the newer versions, usually (not always) are worse than the previous ones. However, some people have already tried the newest unofficial 1.1.14 and they claim to have had a big improvement on many different aspects of the phone. Therefore, I would suggest we take it easy and wait to see if they will finally release an equally good official ROM.

Yesterday i received golden color having 1.1.1 and i rooted gps still not working trying to fix but mobile uncle not able to fix it. About battery i seen diffrence the charging % stops at 88% but its not stop charging and after 30 mins its stop charging at 88% and when unplug the charger it shows full 100% .wifi signal not any improvement , bulid date is 7th may 2041,if any one need it i will post on monday because home internet is not fast

Hi guys,
the reception problems in the area of ​​WiFi and GPS will not necessarily eliminate another ROM! The contacts in the cover shall not affect the right contacts on the board, they need to be changed in their position. This small change has greatly improved on my V3 iNew the reception quality. GPS is now perfectly, even in my apartment 7 to 10 satellites of 12 satellites mostly used. The WiFi signal has almost doubled, even with 3 floors still 1-2 bars appear!

How should the software v.1.1.4 on the're all waiting for something mechanical change? I think the software will only improve the charge of the battery and turn off the automatic light up the displays in the idle state.

hey guys,
I'm waiting for my inew to arrive by mail soon and all this talk about gps and battery problems are leaving me quite skeptical about the quality of the device I am to receive. Just to be sure and from your collective experience, are these problems caused by hardware faults or rom bugs?

My inew has a working gps with the 1.1.4 from needrom
Battery is just a little small, but maybe a software update will make it charge the full 100%
